We believe that prayer is absolutely essential to the ministry of Charlie’s Lunch. It’s the cornerstone upon which all of our efforts are placed. Only as God moves supernaturally through prayer and the avenue of extreme intercession will the hearts of man be changed. It’s possible, through financial resources, to change the circumstances in which people live. But changed circumstances don’t necessarily change lives. On the other hand, changed hearts always leads to changed lives. And when people change their lives, they invariably change their circumstances. Make a Donation
Donations are greatly appreciated. Financial resources afford us the opportunity to express God’s love and compassion in real, practical terms. One of the Pastors involved with Charlie’s Lunch said, "…you can tell people about the gospel of Jesus Christ, but when you show them the gospel, when they see the gospel through the love shown in Charlie’s Lunch, they want to know more about Jesus."

Share the Gospel and Raise Support
Many individuals, businesses, and schools have found that the ministry of Charlie’s Lunch is an excellent way to share their faith and to explain the life-changing Gospel of Jesus in a non-threatening way. By setting out a lunch box with "Charlie’s Lunch" written on it, one organization was able to share their faith to the inevitable question "What’s Charlie’s Lunch?" and, at the same time raise donations for the ministry.

And one Christian school has taken up an offering each Friday specifically for Charlie’s Lunch. They first explained the ministry to the kids and to their parents by showing them a video. After that, they posed the question to the kids – "What if, instead of spending $.50 on a soda, or on candy, you could feed a hungry child? Would you?" The results have been dramatic.
